Eligibility To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within seven days from the date of purchase. 3. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: • Digital files/products. • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer. 4. The item(s) must be received by Books & Beats or our Print on Demand company within seven days of issuing the RMA number to be eligible for a refund or exchange. 5. Refunds Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
